Do you know the glaucoma is the leading cause of blindness in the world  effecting 68 million people world wide in 2008 and is expected to raise to 88 million by 2020, according to WHO. Glaucoma is also know as the “Silent thief of sight” which mean that they are no apparent symptom on the onset; by the time most patient find out about glaucoma it is almost too late.The only prevention is to find out where you in the high risks group and to do a regular eye check.

The World Glaucoma Day falls on 12 March 2010. Through the Save One Sight campaign, MGS is organising the largest gathering of eye screening for glaucoma in public and private eye centres throughout the Klang Valley. Join us to make history.
